design philosophy
I strongly believe that good design doesn't have to be an exclusive commodity. With a solid plan, an open mind, knowledge about materials and composition, it's possible to create a high-quality space- both functional and harmonious.
Agreeing with the principle that form should follow function, I consistently prioritize people. Understanding the needs, lifestyle, and personality of a client is crucial to creating a good design. That's why I never commence a project without conducting a detailed interview with the future inhabitant.
The second pillar is the budget. This information determines the materials and potential products, helping us avoid situations where the future resident has to live in a partially finished house until they can afford to furnish the rest.
Last but not least is taste. Contrary to the belief that discussing tastes is prohibited, I engage in extensive discussions with my clients. I am curious to learn about their preferences, favorite colors, preferred style, and any objects they consider absolute "no-gos." This knowledge enables me to combine their favorite elements in the most tasteful and stylish manner possible.
With each project, I pay attention to the smallest details. While I understand that not everyone may be as sensitive to these subtleties, I firmly believe that the difference is noticeable, even if only subconsciously.
