This house was built in the 90’s and needed an overall renovation. The once full home of 5, turned into parents’ kingdom, after all the children moved out. Using the opportunity for making a big change, we decided to turn the initial layout upside down and adjust it to the current lifestyle of the inhabitants.

Old tiles as well as some of the walls have been removed, all electrical and plumbing installations replaced and readjusted, according to the new project. Some of the high quality furniture were renovated or reupholstered, the other replaced by custom designed carpentry. The warm color palette, combined with wooden and stone finishes, discreet light solutions and earthy tones of the fabrics created the timeless spa- like vibe; a perfect spot to relax after a long day.

The renovation was intense and took 7 months in total, but resulted with creating a stylish and modern home, where functionality meets coziness.
